October is known nationally as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. But we should actively examine our breasts at least once every month of the year. Self-breast exams is a must. A woman or man knows his or her body better than anyone. Oh yes; men should examine their breasts too. Early detection saves lives. If you feel a lump or experience pain, it’s time to see a doctor.
Don’t wait. If cancer is detected, early treatment can make a life or death difference.
